At V. Chapman, we want you to feel beautiful in your purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your return is approved, download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided via email.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security ribbons remain intact.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
